As a Main Street America™ Accredited program, the City of Holly Springs is a recognized leading program among the national network of more than 1,200 neighborhoods and communities who share both a commitment to creating high-quality places and to building stronger communities through preservation-based economic development. All Main Street American™ Accredited programs meet a set of National Accreditation Standards of Performance as outlined by the National Main Street Center.
This annual designation by the National Main Street Center solidifies the City's commitment to business development, expansion of the community's employment base, historic preservation, and public-private partnerships. The City works closely with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs' Office of Downtown Development's Georgia Main Street Program to not only maintain accreditation, but to also make our community the best it can be for residents and visitors.
