Holly Springs Police Department

The Holly Springs Police Department is a full-service state-accredited police agency. The department is made up of the command staff, sworn officers, and civilian staff. The police chief manages the department and is assisted by a deputy chief, two lieutenants, and five sergeants.

The deputy chief is second in command and manages the Administrative Operations Division (AOD), Criminal Investigative Division (CID), training, and the Uniform Patrol Division (UPD) with the assistance of two lieutenants.

The Administrative Operations Division is managed by a lieutenant who is responsible for the general administration of the Police Department and management of the certification program. The role of the public information officer (PIO) also resides within this division. The Criminal Investigations Division (CID) also reports to the AOD lieutenant.

The agency recognizes that no law enforcement agency can operate at its maximum potential without supportive input from the citizens it serves.

The agency actively solicits and encourages the cooperation of all citizens to reduce and limit the opportunities for crime and to facilitate the maximum use of resources.
