Divisions

The Holly Springs Police Department  is comprised of three divisions, Administrative, Criminal Investigations, and Uniform Patrol. Each division is managed by a captain, who reports directly to the Deputy Chief.

Administrative Division
Lead by Captain Jeff Lance, the Administration Division manages state certification, crime analysis, evidence, records, office of professional standards, code enforcement and probation. All the units within the division are dedicated to the day-to-day internal functions of the department to better the department's services for our citizens and visitors.

Criminal Investigations Division
Managed by Captain Mike Hales, the Criminal Investigations Division is responsible for investigating all crimes that occur within the City of Holly Springs.  CID partners with other local, state, and federal agencies when needed and is committed to bringing offenders to justice.

Uniform Patrol Division
Overseen by Captain Casey Barton, the Uniform Patrol Division is the largest division within the Holly Springs Police Department.  This Division provides law enforcement service to the citizens of and visitors of Holly Springs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Typically, UPD is the initial and primary point of contact for the general public for most law enforcement interactions.
